This new, modern detached villa has been finished to a very high standard. Situated on the beautiful marina of Cala D'or, where there are is an abundance of restaurants and bars in walking distance, whilst still maintaining privacy throughout.

The villa has a large living space of 200sqm, and has been finished to a high qulaity. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge / dining area, kitchen and terraces overlooking the marina. There is a large private swimming pool with sun terrace.

Two bedrooms with double beds and the third with twin singles.

The villa has air conditioning throughout, Sat TV, fully fitted kitchen with all modern applicances.

This villa has terraces which overlook the fantastic swimming pool and marina. The pool has steps down into the shallow area. It is not overlooked and is very private. There are sunbeds around the pool and a dining table and chairs for sipping wine and sangria. There is also a BBQ.
