The apartments are in a residential five star complex, 5 minute walk from the shops, restaurants and beaches of Cala Egos, in Cala D'or.

One is on the first floor of three floors and is serviced by a lift and stairs. The other apartments are all on the ground floor close to each other.

All the apartments consists of two double bedrooms and two luxury marble bathrooms, a large living room with sofa/double bed*

* Please Note : Apt 1 has no sofa bed and sleeps only 4 people.

Rooms & Outdoor Area

A fully fitted modern kitchen including fridge freezer, oven/hob, toaster, kettle and dining suite.

In each lounge there is a CD-Player, and a TV and also a DVD player. There is also a small selection of kids/adult board games for your use.

In the four ground floor apartments:

Bedroom one has a double bed, whilst Bedroom two has bunk beds and a single.

The 1st floor apartment has twin beds in Bedroom One.

The apartments each have a hairdryer. There is an iron and ironing board in each apartment's utility room. Please note: These apartments do not have a washing machine.

All apartments are fully air conditioned with remote controls, heating and cooling facility.

Outside there is a large furnished patio terrace, 6 seater patio furniture for each apartment terrace.

Four of the ground floor apartments, are all next to one another, and feature large gardens and double size patios.

Each face West and catch the sun all day. These apartments have sun loungers for use in the garden.

There are also tennis rackets and balls for the tennis courts.

These ground floor apartments all have free use of 2 mountain bikes per apartment. The apartments are only suitable for families and couples.

Facilities included with the rental of each apartment includes the following:

A very large swimming pool with central island bar, waterfall feature and landscaped gardens with views across the mountains.

Tennis Court / Sand Beach Volleyball Court.

Baby Splash Swimming Pool.

Communal BBQ area at the poolside for personal use.

Car parking space for one vehicle, secure electrical access gates for added security.

Cots, high chairs and other baby equipment are available on request for a small charge.
