An ideal base for those looking for a quiet setting, yet only minutes from all the amenities Cala D'or has to offer.

Located just a couple of minutes walk from both Cala Gran and Esmerelda beaches. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away, with the beautiful marina at Cala Llonga a 15 minute stroll.

At the end of the road are shops, bars and restaurants, with a large children's play area offering coin operated rides and trampolines for the smaller members of the family.

PLEASE NOTE - A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required 6 weeks prior to arrival, and returned 2 weeks after departure.

There are 5 apartments, 5 x 2 bedrooms available to rent.

These apartments are ideal for families wishing to holiday together, without living on top of each other. With this small block of apartments, they offer the flexibility to enjoy the family holiday altogether, but with the option to live separately if chosen.

All terraces are private and not overlooked by the neighbours, however, those on the ground floor do have gates where you can enjoy stepping down to the pool area.

High chairs and cots are available, for a small charge on request.

All the apartments offer air conditioning, Plasma TV, DVD player, CD player.

All the apartments are modern, with air conditioning, with modern fixtures and fittings.

Outside is an utility room with washing machine / tumble dryer, this is for communal use.

Each apartment has it's own covered terrace or balcony with furniture. There is also a communal mobile BBQ.

Every window has security blinds. The apartments are set in quiet communal gardens with parking for 1 car, per apartment.

These apartments can be block booked, and discounts are given on large party bookings.
