It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with large chest of drawers, two built in wardrobes, and matching bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds and cupboard for clothes.

The bathroom has a shower, basin and wc, with a chest of drawers and mirror.

There is a large built in cupboard in the hall with security safety deposit box.

There is also available, high chairs and cots free of charge on request.

The apartment offers reversable air conditioning / heating, mobile fan, plasma TV, DVD player, CD player.

The lounge / diner has a table with 4 chairs, a double sofa , and coffee table.

The kitchen has an electric hob with 4 rings, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. There is also an iron with board. Outside is an utility room with a washing machine / tumble dryer, this is for communal use.

The balcony is large with double sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table. There is a wooden table with 4 chairs and large parasol, for "al fresco" dining. There are views across the gardens and pool. There is also a communal mobile BBQ. There are sunbeds for the apartment beside the pool.

Every window has security blinds.

The apartment is set in quiet communal gardens with parking for 1 car. The gate to the car park is electronic and the pedestrian gate locks automatically behind you, making this a very safe and secure location.
