The apartment is on the 2nd (top) floor of this small community. and sleeps up to 6 people.

It consists of 2 double bedrooms, lounge / dining room, bathroom and kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with bedside table and lamp, with a wardrobe and dressing table, with doors opening onto a small balcony.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be put together to form a double, bedside table, wardrobe and dressing table. There is a window which looks out over the pool area.

There are several balconies and terraces in this apartment, allowing guests to sun themselves all day.

The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wc and hand basin.

The kitchen has a full gas cooker, microwave, a large fridge freezer, washing machine, iron with board. There is a table with chairs for dining.

The lounge has Sky Sat TV freeview, DVD player, CD player and PS2. There are mobile fans for the height of Summer. There is a sofabed and armchairs, with coffee table. There is a fire place, which makes the apartment ideal for a Winter rental.

The apartment is on the Cala Egos side of the marina, and has partial views of the marina, and a sunny outlook over the pool and communal garden.

There is a large communal sun terrace out the front, and a large wrap round balcony around the back and side, which has patio furniture for "Al Fresco" dining.

The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train stop, which goes into the centre of Cala D'or throughout the day, every day.
