Booking Conditions

1. We can only accept a booking if the lead name is a minimum of 18 years on or before the date of departure - if under 18 at the time of booking, the written consent of a parent or guardian is required before the booking can be made.

2. Our contract with you is made when you confirm your holiday booking. If we accept it we will reserve your holiday and send you an e-mail confirming. Please check that the holiday in the e-mail is the one that you wanted. We are responsible for providing the holiday we have confirmed to you. If you cancel or alter your booking later on, you may have to pay an amendment charge. If you book within 7 days of your departure date or if there is not enough time to send you a written confirmation, a contract between us will exist when we confirm your booking. We reserve the right to refuse your booking. If we do this we will refund any money already paid to us. There will be an additional charge per person, on all bookings that exceed the number of persons booked in advance. Eg: A booking of 4 people made in advance, and on arrival there are 5 people. The charge will be dependant on the property and date of the booking. Entry to the property will not be allowed until this charge is paid locally in Euros.

3. You must pay 30% deposit per apartment when you book. You must pay the outstanding balance at least 6 weeks before the date of departure. Cheques require 5 working days to clear. Cheques that will not clear at least 6 weeks before departure cannot be accepted. If you fail to pay in full by 6 weeks before departure your holiday will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit. If you book within 6 weeks of departure, you must pay in full by bank transfer.

4. Prior to arrival, you will be issued with instructions on where to collect the keys. On some occasions, a local representative will meet you at the property. In advance, we will provide a telephone number for any emergency in resort.

5. Check in time is from 2pm on the date of arrival, check out time is 10am on the date of departure. A refundable damage deposit of £150 (200 Euros) to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Some properties may require more. Damage deposit will be returned up to two weeks after your day of departure, providing you have given us relevant bank details, and there is no damage. Normal wear and tear is taken in to consideration.

6. There is no courtesy room available for clients, however we will endeavour to assist those with late flights where possible, for a small surcharge.

7. CANCELLATION:

To cancel the entire holiday, the Lead Name must write to us at the above e-mail address.

Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your e-mail. If you cancel after we confirm your booking, you must compensate us for losses, as we incur costs from the moment you make the booking.

The closer your cancellation is to the departure date, the less likely we are to recover the costs by re-selling the holiday at the website price. Our cancellation charges therefore increase as the departure date approaches. If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover your cancellation charges. The charges are listed in the table below.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

29 - 56 days before arrival date - 30% of rental refunded

15 - 28 days before arrival date - 10%

0 - 14 days before arrival date - 0

In the extreme event that we cancel your booking, we are obliged to offer either alternative similar accommodation or immediate full refund.

Cala D'or - On Arrival


Guests may check in from 2pm on their arrival day at their properties / villas. You will be given instructions on how to obtain the keys and any additional information. Where applicable, guests will be asked to pay for cleaning, laundry, cot or high chair hire on arrival too.

We ask all guests to call us once you are en route to resort from the airport, in case there are any delays. Please go directly to your holiday accommodation as we have several guests to meet, and do not wish to delay anyone. The number to call is; (0034) 660471793.

Cala D'or - On Arrival


Guests are requested to vacate the apartments by 10am on their day of departure. Keys will be collected by a local representative, or instructions left. Where possible, guests may keep their apartments for longer at a small additional cost. Guests are asked to give as much notice as possible, if they require their apartment / villa after 10am.

We cannot guarantee apartments / villas after 10am.

Our aim is to give you a holiday that is full of happy memories. We will endeavor to assist you and your party in every way possible to fulfill our aim. We will send full details on directions, airport transfers, local information and full contact details, prior to your arrival in Cala D'or.
