Traditional country finca in the lovely village of S'Alqueria Blanca.

Casa Catalina is a detached country house on the outskirts of the small village of S'Alqueria Blanca, approx 4 miles from Cala D'or. The village can be walked to in 5 minutes.

Set in well kept gardens surrounded by lemon orchards, grape vines and views across the countryside.

The owner is a carpenter by trade, and he has left many delightful hand made Mallorcan pieces of furniture in the property.

This house has two bedrooms, both with twin single beds, dressing tables and built in wardrobes. There are roof fans in both bedrooms.

The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wc, bidet and hand basin.

The lounge has a sofa and armchairs with a coffee table. There is a TV and DVD player. There is a roof fan positioned in the centre for cooling down. The lounge also has a wood burning stove, so can be rented in the Winter months too.

There is a breakfast bar in to the kitchen with stools. Double doors lead to a large conservatory.

The kitchen is galley style, and there is an utility room with a door leading to the pool area. The kitchen has an electric oven, four ring gas hob, microwave and toaster. There is an upright fridge freezer.

The conservatory is large and spacious. It has sliding smoked glass doors on two sides allowing stunning views of the gardens and pool. There is a handmade Mallorcan table with 6 chairs for dining. Also two hand made rocking chairs, and two leather armchairs. A very peaceful and tranquil room.

Outside there is a large swimming pool, surrounded by well kept gardens, laid to lawn with shrubs and trees. Lots of beautiful Bourganvilia trails around the property. There is a covered terrace with tables and chairs for "Al fresco" dining, and a bonus! A large enclosed BBQ big enough to serve up a banquet!

Around the back of the property is a small laundry room with a sink and washing machine.

This fantastic house is ideal for those looking for an escape from noise and hussle, yet in under 10 minutes you can be in the busy picturesque resort of Cala D'or.

The village of S'Alqueria Blanca has a number of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a small market every Tuesday outside the church in the square.
