We want all our guests to have an enjoyable stay on their holidays.

To ensure that all our guests get the most from their holiday home, we offer some friendly tips:

1. Ensure all doors and windows are locked, lights are left on, before leaving the property. Ensure you have a key with you, and not left in the locks. To call out a locksmith is expensive and time consuming.

2. Keep all doors and windows closed, when you are in to maximise the effect of air conditioning.

3. Please do not let anyone you do not know into the property, or check with the representitive first.

4. Turn off all air conditioning before leaving. Air con units cool rapidly as soon as they are switched on.

5. Keep all valuables in a safe, (where applicable) or out of sight from windows and doors. Most robberies, whilst very rare, are mostly opportunists. Do not leave temptation lying around.

6. Please brush off any sand before showering, or use an outside shower beforehand, where possible. This prevents drains from becoming blocked.

7. Please do not wear clothing other than swimwear in the pool.

8. Toilet paper can be placed in toilet bowls. However, please do not place any feminine hygiene items in to the bowl, as this may block the toilet.

9. Place all rubbish in to the large green rubbish skips situated at either end of the road. These are emptied twice a day, every day.

10. Keep any opened packets of food in either containers or sealed bags to prevent visits from ants.

11. Wipe up any spillage immeditately to prevent ants.

12. Please clean out any BBQ's after use.

13. Telephoning: Whilst we are happy to assist you in offering information during your holiday, please respect the working hours if you need to call us.

14. Emergencies: Please call us only in the event of an emergency; fire: accident: sickness etc.
