The village of Calonge is a short drive along a small road, and Cal D'or can be reached either on foot or by car.

The inside of this finca is across 2 floors:

On the ground floor is a large lounge dining room with seating for 12 and doors leading outside. There is central heating throughout.

Off of the hall on one side is a separate lounge with Sky Sat TV, DVD and CD players. On the other side is double bedroom with twin beds, en suite shower room and ceiling fan. There are double doors leading to the pool.

Further along is another bathroom with bath and shower which leads to a double family room with air conditioning and 3 single beds. There are large cupboards for storage. Double doors leading outside.

There is a farmhouse kitchen with dresser and all mod cons. Oven with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. An additonal table with 8 chairs and doors leading on to another out door terrace for "Al fresco" dining. Further along is another terrace with a table tennis table.

In addition, there is an utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer fridge and chest freezer.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite shower room and a lovely balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. There is a ceiling fan for cooling down.

There is another small double bedroom with en suite shower room and ceiling fan.

Along a short corridor to another double bedroom with 2 single beds and another en suite shower room. There are doors leading out to a large balcony which overlooks the pool.

Downstairs on the side of the finca is a self contained annexe studio with, double bed, shower room and large open plan kitchen lounge area. There are glass doors reaching from floor to ceiling which open onto a small terrace which looks across the stunning gardens.

This is a truly stunning property. With Cala D'or and Calonge only a stones throw away, you get a real feeling of being in Mallorca, whilst having all the ammenities of the town just minutes away!
