BEDROOM THREE: Twin singles with en suite bathroom.

BEDROOM FOUR: Twin singles with en suite bathroom.

LOUNGE: Large spacious lounge, approx 40 sqm in size. 2 sofas, large working fire place, table.

TERRACE: Large terrace with views across the marina and out to sea.

DINING AREA: The dining table is large with chairs, and is situated on the terrace with fantastic views.

OUTSIDE: The outside space is fantastic. Through the back door down a few steps to a small staggered garden, with sunbeds, which leads down to a mooring space for one boat. Along this small area, is a table and chairs for waterside dining, or drinking Sangria as the sun goes down.

This truly is a fantastic location for a family holiday. Only minutes walk from the old town and church of Cala D'or. The Cala D'or beach and centre are just a few moments away.
