Other: Dining area with table and chairs.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: 14 days plus clean towels and linen. Stays of 10 days towel change only.

The villa can sleep up to 7 people. Cot and high chair can be hired for a small fee.

Car not needed, although there is off road parking for 1 car.

All the amenities of Cala D'or are a few minutes walk away.

Further Details

The high street with all banks and shops are approx 5 mins walking. Bars and restaurants are at the end of the road. The local bus service up and along the East Coast runs throughout the day every day, taking such resorts as; Porto Colom, Porto Cristo, Cala Bona, Cala Millor. The buses to Palma runs several times a day for under 10 euros and is worth visiting. The markets run throughout the week. We recommend Felantix market on a Sunday. It is nearby, cheap to get to and has everything you could possibly want to see and to buy. San Salvador monastery is only 10 mins away by car and also worth a view. The Caves of Drac are in Porto Cristo and are fantastic to go to. Inexpensive to do if you use the local bus service.

Booking Notes

30% deposit required within 7 days. Remaining balance, plus a 200 euros damage deposit required 6 weeks prior to arrival. 60 euros final clean charge required on arrival.
